These are LAYSL's "local" adaptations to the US Youth Soccer recreational "rules" which themselves are adaptations of the FIFA Laws, with modifications appropriate for various age groups. The LAYSL adaptations listed here are what LAYSL referees and Rec coaches use. If you're curious about the US Youth Soccer rules, they're here below for reference (because they're HARD to find on the US Youth Soccer website) but for most of you, the above table should be all you need.
