Reports

Past President:

Dean suggested that we give away LAYSL Springfest t-shirts at walk-in registration.  The board agreed.  The board also decided to give advanced team coaches and assistant coaches embroidered LAYSL t-shirts for the 2006-07 season.

President:

Wolfgang asked if any board member was interested in attending the NMYSA AGM.  It is a good place to meet other soccer league representatives.  The agenda for this yearÕs AGM had not been published yet by NMYSA and without an agenda the board did not see any benefit from attending the AGM.

Risk Manager / Vice President:

Treasurer:

The financial report as of April 30, 2006 was distributed. The total deficit for the fiscal year 2005/06 was larger than budgeted because of lower competitive fee income.  The financial report as of 6-5-06 was also distributed.  After some discussion, Wolfgang moved to approve the financial reports and Armand seconded the motion.  The motion carried.
